Academics
At Citrus College academics are a big part of our mission, and are an important part of our student-athletes lives. In order to maintain eligbility, priority registration, and to move on to the four-year level, a student-athletes' academics must be kept in good standing.
At Citrus we have a number of different ways to help the student-athlete succeed in the classroom. The Owls have a full-time Athletic Counselor, a Athletic Student Success Study Center, and there are a number of programs available to student-athletes on campus that can help in your success. In addition, Citrus participates in the Scholar Baller program, an academic achievement incentive program that recognizes those student-athletes who maintain a GPA of 3.0 or better.
For all incoming student-athletes on campus there are mandatory orientation and assessment requirements that must be completed before they can officially become a student on campus. For more information on the orientation requirements visit the link below.
