No. 5-ranked Citrus College grabbed its 12th win in a row with a 92-74 rout of the College of the Canyons Wednesday night.
The Owls improve to 16-2 on the year and remain undefeated in Western State Conference at 4-0. The Cougars drop to 9-9 overall and 0-4 in conference action.
Six Owls finished the night in double figures, led by Uriah Foster with 16 points (6-for-8). Rudy Suarez followed with 14 points on 5-of-9 shooting, including a 4-of-6 effort from distance. Jamal Briscoe chipped in 13 points (4-for-6), while Aibigho Ujadughele added 11 points and seven boards. Chris Chiles finished with 10 points, eight points and four assists. Ty Barlow rounded out the Owls in double figures with 10 points.
Citrus returns home to host LA Valley on Saturday at 5:30 p.m. in the Owls' Nest.
