Dearth Continues to Lead Owls at AVCC

For the fourth-straight tournament, Citrus College placed sixth as a team at the Antelope Valley Country Club with a 417 team score.

John Dearth got back into the 70s with a 75 to finish fifth on the individual leaderboard. He was just two strokes off a tie for first place.

Cortez Herrera tied for 14th with a 78, while Kerry Valenzuela was just four strokes behind with an 82. Alex Alvarez posted a 90 and Devin Mount finished with a 92 to round out the Owls' scorers.

Citrus heads to the Olivas Golf Course for the Western State Conference Invite on Monday, March 21 at 10 a.m.
