Season Low Score Lands Owls Second Place

Citrus College resumed Western State Conference action Monday at the Brookside Golf Course, finishing with the second-best team score. 

The Owls posted a 372 team score, their best score of the year beating their previous score of 375, and just two strokes off first-place College of the Canyons' 370.

Three Owls finished individually with three top 10 scores. Leading the way was Kabir Chadha who finished with the third best score overall and a team best 71. Ashtin Mount scored a 72, and Chris Ruiz 73. Daichi Nishisu, and Carter Gauthier filled out the rest of the card both scoring a 78. 

The Owls will be back in action at Antelope Valley Country Club for the fifth WSC event of the year on Monday April 1st.
