Glendale, CA – For just the fourth time this season, and the second time in conference play, the Citrus College Men's Soccer team was held without a goal. The Owls' offense was stymied at conference leading Glendale College in a 1-0 loss.

Citrus managed to rattle off eight shots on the evening, and earn five corner kicks. Despite having a decent enough chance, the Owls couldn't find the back of the net. On the opposite end meanwhile, freshman Gabriel Perez-Negron put forth a substantive effort in goal for Citrus, recording three total saves, but a shot by the Vaqueros in the 49th minute would get past Perez-Negron, securing the win for Glendale.

With the loss, Citrus drops to 8-7-2 overall and 3-4-1 in WSC South play. The Owls have two games left on their 2016 schedule, beginning with their final home game of 2016 on Tuesday afternoon. Citrus plays host to Victor Valley College, with first touch set for 3:00 PM.
