Owl Softball Kicks Off SoCal Regional Playoffs on Friday at Palomar

Citrus College Softball has qualified for the 2019 Southern California Regional Playoffs. The Owls will face off against Palomar College in the 1st round matchup in San Marcos on Friday, May 3rd. The 2 out of 3 series continues on Saturday, May 4th at 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM (if necessary)

The two opponents faced off earlier in 2019 with a doubleheader at Citrus. The Comets decidedly took both games. 

Citrus comes off a super competitive regular season in 2019, facing off against some of the top teams in the state, knocking off a few along the way and giving the rest a real run for their money. The Owls end up 21-19 overall with a 9-5 Western State Conference East record. 

A win this weekend would advance Citrus to the 2nd round the following weekend, another best 2 out of 3 series.
