All-Conference Softball Players Announced

The 2019 Western State Conference East All-Conference team selections for Softball were announced recently. Citrus landed 8 players on the list of honorees. 

Garnering 1st-team honors were Megan Jones, Giavanna Muenz and Emily Paredez. 2nd-team recognition was given to Katie Kempton, Becky Winder and Alexis Acosta. Rounding out the list for the Owls were Brooke Fuss and Danielle Dominguez who were both awarded honorable mention accolades. 

Citrus Softball finished a solid season right at the .500 mark, with a 21-21 overall record, and a 9-5 conference clip. The Owls competed against some of the toughest competition the area has to offer, and the squad qualified for the SoCal Regional Playoffs.
