Glendora, CA - Citrus College sophomore defender Ivana Lizama is headed to NCAA DIII George Fox University. Lizama becomes the third Owl to accept an offer from a four-year university off the 2015 Citrus College Women’s Soccer team.

Glendora, CA - Citrus College sophomore Joni Gener became the second Citrus College Women’s Soccer player to sign a scholarship offer recently. Gener has signed on with NCAA DII Cal Poly Pomona.

Glendora, CA - Citrus College sophomore midfielder Zariah Silva became the first Citrus College Women’s Soccer player from the 2015 team to sign a scholarship offer last week. Silva has signed on with NAIA member San Diego Christian College.

The 2015 Citrus College Women's Soccer season came to a close on Thursday afternoon in a 1-0 loss to visiting Santa Monica College.

Glendora, CA - For 90 minutes on Thursday afternoon, the Citrus College and Santa Monica College Women's Soccer programs left it all on the field in their first round meeting in the 2015 CCCAA SoCal Regional Playoffs. In the end though it was the Corsairs who came out on top, with a 1-0 victory inside Citrus Stadium.

The Citrus College Women's Soccer team is back in the playoffs for the third time in four years.

Glendora, CA -- The 2015 California Community College Athletic Association Women’s Soccer Regional Playoff seeds have been announced and the Citrus College Women’s Soccer team has been seeded 16th in the 18 team playoffs. The Owls will be in action at 2:00 PM inside Citrus College Stadium when they host conference rival #17 seed Santa Monica College.

Glendora, CA - Citrus College Women's Soccer team ended it's 2015 regular-season on Thursday afternoon. The Owls defeated visiting Antelope Valley College 2-0 in what was an offensive game to say the least. Now it's just a waiting game for the Owls who should be in the postseason come next Tuesday seeding meeting.

Lizama scored in the 87th minute and Graham in the 89th to give Citrus a 2-2 tie with the Monarchs.

Glendora, CA -- The Citrus College Women’s Soccer team has been on a roll as of late, putting together easily its best stretch of the season. That roll almost came to a screeching halt on Friday afternoon until a pair of late goals lifted the Owls over visiting Glendale College 2-0.

Freshman Amber Henry had nine saves and recorded her fourth shutout of the season in the Owls' win on Wednesday.

Glendora, CA -- For just over 75 minutes visiting West Los Angeles College put forth a strong defensive effort, keeping the Citrus College Women's Soccer program off the board despite facing an onslaught of Owl shots. The Wildcats couldn't keep Citrus scoreless forever though as freshman Jaline "Cookie" Miranda came through in the clutch for Citrus in a 2-1 win.

Santa Clarita, CA -- The Citrus College Women’s Soccer program hit the road on Friday afternoon with a tall task awaiting them in the form of first place College of the Canyons. The Cougars had already defeated the Owls in Citrus’ home stadium earlier in the year, when Citrus gave up a 1-0 lead and three second half goals. While the Owls didn’t come away with a win on Friday, they did come away with some nearly as good in the soccer world, a 1-1 tie.

Lancaster, CA -- In a tightly contested Western State Conference South Division contest at Antelope Valley College, it was freshman Sydney Lujan who came through for the Owls. Lujan’s unassisted strike 14 minutes into the contest was the difference maker in a 1-0 win for Citrus.

Glendora, CA -- The Citrus College Women’s Soccer team wrapped up a brutal two-game home stretch on Tuesday afternoon when they played host to first place Los Angeles Valley College. Just like Friday’s contest with Santa Monica College, the Owls tied yet again, this time a scoreless 0-0 draw.
