Ashley Virgen scored the lone goal for Citrus College as it grabbed a 1-0 victory over Pasadena City College.
The Owls improve to 4-2-1 overall while the Lancers drop to 3-6-0.
After PCC committed a foul in the 18-yard box, Virgen stepped up to the penalty kick spot and converted it with ease.
PCC poured on the shots and out-shot Citrus 17-to-12, but the Owls wouldn't surrender their lead. Deziree Valdez had eight saves to preserve the shutout.
The Owls head to LA Valley on Tuesday for a 4:00 p.m. kickoff and build on their three-game unbeaten streak.
