Leonard Turner

Leonard Turner helped Citrus College secure a spot in the CCCAA Men's Basketball Regionals after leading the Owls and sitting fifth in the Western State Conference-South with a 14.5 points per game average. The sophomore guard is one of the most efficient shooters, boasting a 53.1 field goal percentage, which ranks fifth in the conference. Off the glass, Turner averages 6.4 rebounds per game, which sits 10th in the WSC-South standings. He has scored in double figures in all but five games, posting six double-doubles on the year.

The Oakland, Calif., native is majoring in kinesiology and says his favorite part about being an Owl is "the feeling of community that I feel from everyone I come across at the school. The support is great." His favorite pre-game meal is Skittles and he is a big fan of Lebron James and whatever team Lebron is on, so right now it's the Lakers. Turner's favorite thing to binge watch is Criminal Minds and his hobbies include listening to music, playing 2K, and hanging out with his teammates.
