MEN'S BASKETBALL: Citrus Hosts First Round of CCCAA SoCal Regionals
Citrus College picked up the No. 12 seed in the CCCAA Men's Basketball Southern California Regionals and will host No. 21 seed Palomar College on Wednesday.
The Fighting Owls enter the postseason with a 19-9 record, while the Comets boast a 20-8 mark.
Wednesday's game tips off at 7:00 p.m. in The Owls' Nest. General admission tickets are $12 per person, while Citrus students, faculty and staff, along with seniors (60+) and kids (under 11) are $8.00 w/ ID. The winner will advance to the second round to face fifth-seeded Riverside City College on Saturday.
Last year, the Owls advanced to the State Championship Final Four and will look to go far in the tournament once again.
