After helping lead Citrus College to the CCCAA State Championship Quarterfinal, Cedric Reed will continue his playing career at NCAA Division II Regis University.

"I feel great going to Denver and playing with Regis," said Reed. "The team was pretty good last year so I'm excited to be joining another winning program like Citrus."

The freshman guard finished the year averaging 12.0 points and 1.9 assists per game for Citrus, earning All-Western State Conference honors. He scored in double figures 18 times, including a career-high 26 points in an overtime win against East LA.

"Citrus was the best experience I could ask for," said Reed. "I made lifelong friends and learned countless things. Citrus is forever going to have a place in my heart."
