Santa Barbara, CA - The Citrus College Men's Golf team dropped back into fourth place two weeks after posting back-to-back third place finishes the last contests. Sophomore James Bragger was the lone Owl to break into the individual Top 15, and no Owl shot better than 80 as they posted a team score of 417.

A windy Alisal Ranch Golf Course proved to be a tough customer for the Owls who were paced by the aforementioned Bragger with his round of 80. Sophomore Justin Orona came into the clubhouse with an 82, while freshman Joshua Strong was one stroke back with an 83. After that sophomore Trevor Perry posted a round of 86, a score matched by freshman Johnathan St. Ours for that 417 total.

The 417 was a good 13 strokes in front of fifth place Glendale College, but also a good 16 strokes behind third place Ventura College.

The Owls will be back in action next Monday when they travel to Valencia Country Club for a 10:00 AM tee-time at the WSC Canyons Event.
