Santa Barbara, CA — Citrus College freshman Lexandra So continued to leave her mark on the Western State Conference Women's Golf landscape on Monday afternoon at the WSC Event hosted by Santa Barbara City College. So won her second consecutive event, firing a three over par 75, to lead the Owls at Santa Barbara Golf Club.

Seven strokes behind So was fellow frosh Jamie Lopez. Lopez fired a 82 and finished 6th overall as an individual. Sophomore Katherine De La Torre and freshman Brittany Thelen rounded out the Owl scores with rounds of 103 and 108 respectively.

As a team, Citrus shot a 368 and finished in third place, behind College of the Canyons and Santa Barbara City College, and ahead of Bakersfield College and Glendale College.

Citrus resumes it's 2014 WSC Schedule next Monday September 22nd when they tee-off at Knowllwood Country Club at 11:00 AM for the WSC College of the Canyons Event.
