Citrus College suffered its first loss of the season with a 4-0 defeat at No. 9-ranked Mt. San Antonio College Friday evening.
With the defeat, Citrus slips to 6-1 on the year, while the Mounties improve to 8-1 overall.
Isabella Villalobos made eight saves to try to keep her team in the game.
The Owls look to bounce back as they hit the road to begin Western State Conference action next week, taking on West LA on Tuesday at 2:00 p.m.
