Citrus Volleyballer Leah Price Scoops Up Conference Athlete Of The Week Honors

Citrus College sophomore outside hitter Leah Price is the Western State Conference Female Athlete of the Week for Week #4. Price earned the honors after helping lead the Owls to a perfect 3-0 week on the court. Price totaled 47 kills, adding 37 digs, 13 aces and nine blocks. She averaged 4.7 kills, 3.7 digs, and 1.3 aces per set on the week, all while hitting .282. Her best effort came in a four-set win over San Diego Mesa College. In that match, Price had 22 kills, 12 digs, 5 aces, and 5 blocks. Price prepped at Riverside Christian High School, and hails from Riverside, CA.
