Citrus College completed the season sweep with a 3-1 victory over Glendale College Wednesday (25-19, 25-19, 26-28, 25-16).
The Owls improve to 7-14 overall and 3-5 in Western State Conference-South action. The Vaqueros drop to 4-6 on the year and 2-6 in conference.
Sabrina Evangelista led the Owls with 23 kills on a .378 hitting clip and posted 14 digs. Caren Stone followed with 18 kills and had an impressive eight service aces. Vanessa Marquez dished out 44 assists.
Mychaela Ortiz led Citrus' defensive efforts with 17 digs, while Gabriella Aguilar had 10 digs.
The Owls head to West LA on Wednesday for a 6 p.m. match, looking to build on the win.
