Montoya Wraps Up Owls Cross Country Season at State

Fresno, CA - Citrus College freshman cross country runner Marissa Montoya warpped up the 2016 Citrus College Cross Country season on Saturday morning at the 2016 California Community College Athletic Association State Cross Country Campionships at Woodward Park in Fresno. Montoya saved her best effort for last posting a personal record time of 20:24.7 on the course. 

Montoya would finish in 85th place inidividually in a meet that featured 199 total runners. Not only did Montoya post a personal best time, she also posted the 12th fastest time at the CCCAA State Championships for a Citrus College Women's Cross Country runner.
