Citrus Competes at Oxnard Invite

Citrus College competed at the Oxnard Invite on Friday.

Edward Prestegui Melchor led the Owl men with a 46^th-place finish, clocking in at 24 minutes, 46.0 seconds. Saul Mora followed in 25:05.4 and Jason Bailey crossed the finish line in 25:29.9.

On the women's side, Ryleigh Larue led the Owls for the second-straight week, posting a time of 21:33.0. Emily Aparicio followed in 25:38.6, while Sara Fisher finished in 29:23.9.

Citrus heads to the Cerritos Falcons Invite next, racing at 11 a.m. on Friday.
