Citrus College battled but came up short in a 13-10 loss to LA Valley in the Western State Conference Tournament semifinals.
The Owls drop to 13-11 on the year and will play for third place on Saturday. The Monarchs improve to 11-11 and will challenge for the conference title.
Riley Bagley led the Owls with five goals, while Killian Pressley, Devon Dow, Colton Vale, John Wilson and Cristian Duran also scored.
Brian de Lama finished with 15 saves and four steals.
Citrus takes on Ventura College on Saturday at 11:15 a.m. for third place in the tournament.
