After nine games on the road, Citrus College made its home debut Tuesday afternoon but dropped an 83-53 loss to LA Trade-Tech.
The Owls drop to 3-7 on the year, while the Beavers improve to 6-7 overall.
Reanne Reola (7-for-18) and Giselle Garcia-Nunez (9-for-14) led the Owl offense, each chipping in 19 points. Garcia-Nunez also grabbed a team-high seven boards to help Citrus out-rebound Trade-Tech 31-to-27.
The Owls are back at home, hosting LA Pierce next Tuesday at 5 p.m.
