Coming off of a season series sweep over conference foe Antelope Valley last week, Citrus had a bit of trouble keeping the energy going the right direction as they dropped an uninspired 3-11 loss to visiting Mt. San Antonio yesterday.
Citrus seemed a little off rhythm as they struggled at the plate throughout, and things weren't much better from the mound as Citrus went through 5 pitchers en route to the loss.
A bright spot in the game for Citrus was an Andre Flores home run in the 2nd inning, his first of the 2018 season.
The Owls drop to 16-10 overall on the year. Citrus travels to Pasadena today for a 2:30 start to the non-conference regional game.
