Citrus College kept rolling and grabbed its fourth win in a row, downing San Bernardino Valley College 13-5.
The Owls improve to 4-1 on the year, while the Wolverines drop to 0-6 overall.
Citrus had 13 hits in the game, with Luke Willison leading the Owls with a 3-for-4 showing at the plate. Mario Catalan went 2-for-4 with four RBIs and Nathan Hellein finished 2-for-3 with two runs scored.
Sean Gonzalez picked up his second win on the mound for the Owls.
Citrus jumped out to a 6-0 lead after a big second inning, but SBVC tried to battle back and plated two runs in both the fourth and fifth to pull within two runs.
The Owls got one back in the bottom of the fifth and put the game out of reach with six more runs in the bottom of the eighth, including a three-run homer from Jaden St. Cyr, to seal the 13-5 victory.
Citrus remains at home to host Barstow College on Friday at 2 p.m.
