Citrus College couldn't hold off Mt. San Antonio College in a 9-5 loss Thursday afternoon. The Owls drop to 13-12 on the year, while the Mounties improve to 15-11 overall.
Although the Owls outhit the Mounties 11 to 9, the Owls would commit eight errors allowing the Mounties to put the game out of reach.
Jaden St. Cyr would continue his hot hitting going (2-for-5) from the plate, and hitting a home run. Nathan Hellein, Jason Armendariz, and Sean Rooney would also add two hit games, while Ben O'Neil went (1-for-3) with 2 RBI's.
The Owls will be back in action Friday at Ventura College, with first pitch set for 2:30 p.m.
