Bio

Dan Grijalva has been the Citrus hitting coach for almost a decade (1986-88 and 2018-present).

The former Owl played at Citrus in 1982 and 1983 where he helped the Owls win back-to-back conference championships and earned first-team all-conference honors both years, along with Freshman MVP. 

After Citrus, Grijalva went on to play two seasons at Chapman University where he picked up first-team all-conference, All-Region and All-American honors. He also helped Chapman win the conference championship in 1984. 

The Irwindale native is retired and married to his wife Diana. They have three kids.
