Glendora, CA -- Citrus College sophomore quarterback Larry Cutbirth was named the National Division Central League Offensive Player of the Week for Week #5 early Tuesday morning. It's the first award for Cutbirth this year, and he is the second Owl to earn the honor in 2014.

Cutbirth earned the award after leading the Owls to a 40-13 win over visiting Los Angeles Harbor College on Saturday. Cutbirth played just three quarters of the game, complete 20 of his 30 passes for 197 yards and 4 TD's, with no interceptions. Cutbirth also carried the ball for another score.

Cutbirth and the rest of the Owls, ranked #8 in Southern California and #15 in the State, will be back at home on Saturday when they host Bakersfield College at 6:00 PM.
