Glendora, CA -- Citrus College sophomore linebacker Dillon Fink (Glendora HS) earned his second Southern California Football Association National Division Central League Defensive Player of the Week nod on Wednesday. Fink was named the Week #3 Defensive Player of the Week this week, earning the same honors two weeks ago for his performance during Week #1.

Fink earned the award thanks to his performance in a losing effort against Golden West College on Saturday night. Fink recorded a team high 11 tackles (six solo, five assisted), 1.5 sacks, two tackles for a loss, and also forced a pair of fumbles. Through three games, Fink is averaging 10.3 tackles a game and has recorded five sacks, both tops for the Owls.

Fink and the Owls will be back out on the field this weekend looking for their first win of the season when they host El Camino College inside Citrus College Stadium. Kick-off is set for 1:00 PM
