Davis to Continue Career at Fort Hays State

Citrus College's Blake Davis will continue his playing career at NCAA Division II Fort Hays State University next season after finishing his freshman campaign with the Owls.

"This has been a dream of mine, continuing to play ball at the next level," said Davis. "I've worked hard for this behind the scenes and now everything is finally coming together. I know I still have to work hard and still be the best version of myself. I will continue to make my family and friends proud."

The 6-foot wide receiver played in eight games for the Owls. He had three kick returns for 51 yards, one punt return for 11 yards, and nine receptions for 64 yards. Davis scored his first collegiate touchdown on Oct. 2 against Antelope Valley and his longest reception came against Orange Coast College for 21 yards.

"I want to thank Citrus for everything they've done for me," said Davis. "They've helped me along my journey so much."
