Owls Draw #11 Seed and East Los Angeles College in First Round
Glendora, CA -- For the eighth consecutive year, the Citrus College Men's Basketball program is in the California Community College Athletic Association Playoffs. The Owls were named the #11 seed in the South and will face South Coast Conference North Division Champion East Los Angeles College, the #6 seed in the South, on Friday night.
The Owls are coming off a 2013-2014 season in which they went 15-8 overall and 8-4 in a tough Western State Conference South Division. East Los Angeles meanwhile was 20-8 overall and 9-4 in conference play. It will be the first meeting between the two schools this season. Tip-off is tentatively set for 7:00 PM.
