Glendale, CA -- For the first time in nearly a month, the Citrus College Men's Soccer team found themselves scoreless at the end of 90 minutes. The Owls mustered just three shots, and were shutout for the first time since September 19th, in a 1-0 loss at Glendale College.

The Owls didn't have much to hang their hat on after Friday's performance. Citrus managed just three total shots, all in the second half, and earned just one corner. Citrus gave up the lone goal of the game in the 20th minute, and other than the score sophomore goal keeper Cesar Valverde was the only real bright spot of the game, recording nine saves on the evening.

With the loss, Citrus falls to 2-7-4 overall and 1-5-3 in WSC play. The Owls' road doesn't get any easier as they host Los Angeles Mission College on Tuesday in Citrus College Stadium at 4:00 PM.
