Sylmar, CA -- The Citrus College Men's Soccer team hit the road this afternoon for a WSC meeting with Los Angeles Mission College. The Owls couldn't find the back of the net, but Citrus was able to return the favor as they blanked Mission for a 0-0 tie.

Tuesday afternoon's contests didn't feature a ton of offensive action as Citrus mustered just four total shots, two in each half, while Mission got off five on goal. The Owls did however show some defensive prowess as freshman keeper Antonio Tomatani kept a clean sheet for his first career collegiate shutout. It was just the third time this season that Mission had been held scoreless.

With the tie, Citrus moves to 2-10-2 overall and 2-7-1 in WSC play. The Owls will be home again on Friday when they host WSC leader Oxnard College at 2:00 PM.
