Owls Back in Post-Season For First Time Since 2002
Glendora, CA -- The Citrus College Men's Water Polo program has returned to the post-season for the first time since 2002. The Owls earned the #4 seed in the upcoming Southern California Regionals which will be hosted at Citrus College.
The Owls wrapped up their 2014 regular season this past weekend at the 2014 Western State Conference Championships, where Citrus finished 2nd after falling to Los Angeles Valley College 15-11 in the Championship Game. The Monarchs would go on to earn the #3 seed.
Citrus will open up the 2014 post-season against #5 Orange Coast College (16-11) on Friday in the quarterfinals. The game is set for a 3:15 PM start.
