Owls Earn 5th Seed at SoCals

Glendora, CA - The citrus College men's water polo team is back in the postseason for the second consecutive season. The Owls finished in second place in the Western State Conference once again and will be seated number five in this weekend's Southern California Championships. 

 Awaiting the Owls is the number four seed this weekend and a familiar foe in LA Valley College. It will be the third match up between the two colleges this season. The Monarchs won the previous two both at LA Valley. Valley won the first in overtime by three goals, and most recently on Saturday in the WSC Championship game by a single goal.

The two schools will square off at 10:15 AM on Friday morning at Mt. San Antonio College. The winner of Friday's match will advance to the semi-finals on Saturday.
