Citrus College closed out the Western State Conference portion of its season Thursday with a 9-2 loss to LA Mission.
The Owls drop to 18-21 overall and finish conference with an 8-10 mark. The Eagles improve to 22-14 on the year and 9-8 in WSC action.
Two Owls finished the game with two hits: Leah Morales (2-for-4) and Marissa Gallegos (2-for-3). Samantha Meyndert, Patty Rodriguez, Tatiana Figueroa and Ericka Pineda also had hits in the game.
Citrus finishes its season on Tuesday, hosting College of the Desert at 1 p.m. for a non-conference matchup.
