Citrus College traveled to Saddleback College Wednesday afternoon to pick up a 4-1 victory. The Owls improve to 16-8 overall, while the Bobcats slip to 7-13.
Jasani Zavalza went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run, Rylee Praytor went 2-for-4 with a double, and Kylie Ruiz also had a double, and an RBI.
In the circle for the Owls Serena Rodriguez pitched four innings, improving to 2-0 on the year, while Caitlin Kelley picked up the save.
Citrus resumes Western State Conference action on Thursday, hosting College of the Canyons at 2:30 p.m.
