Citrus College suffered a 7-1 defeat Monday afternoon as they traveled to El Camino College. The Owls fall to 24-14 overall, while the Warriors improve to 26-11.
The Owls struggled to string together hits as they only had four on the day from four different batters. Leah Morales went (1-for-3) from the plate, Paige Horvat went (1-for-1) from the plate, and Madelyn Hajj and Marissa Ramirez both went (1-for-3) from the plate with a double.
The Owls will be back in action Tuesday afternoon as they travel to College of the Canyons for their last regular season game. First pitch is set for 2:30 p.m.
