No. 22-ranked Citrus College couldn't find its rhythm offensively, dropping a 70-57 loss to the College of the Canyons Saturday night.
The Owls slip to 18-7 on the year and 8-3 in Western State Conference action, while the Cougars improve to 14-11 overall, 7-4 in conference.
Jolleen Olia was the only Owl to finish with double-digit points, posting 22 points (8-for-27). Sammy Martinez chipped in eight points (3-for-5) and eight rebounds, while Gabby Valdez (3-for-9) added eight points as well.
Citrus returns home to host LA Valley College on Wednesday, tipping off at 7 p.m.
