Who’s Who: Molly Montell

Molly Montell has made the most of her time at Citrus College. She played softball for the Fighting Owls in 2017 and 2018, before becoming an assistant coach this past season, and also was on the women's golf team for the 2018 and 2019 seasons.

On the diamond, Montell earned All-Western State Conference second team honors in 2017 and was named 3CFCA Academic All-State in 2018. She boasted a career .335 batting average with 53 career hits (including five doubles, two triples and five home runs), 36 RBIs and 36 runs scored.

The sophomore kinesiology major from Covina, Calif., also helped out in the Citrus Athletic Department, working with the Sports Information Office. 

Montell will be continuing her education through Central State University of Ohio virtually for my B.S. in Business.
