Owls Grab Highest Finish at WSC #6

Citrus College grabbed its best finish of the year with a fifth-place showing at the Western State Conference Meet #6 on Monday. The Owls finished with a 379 team score, just three strokes behind fourth place.

Erika Oceguera led the Owls with a 91, while Samantha Gonzalez followed with a 93. Alyssa Baron carded a 97 and Victoria Cirrito was one stroke behind with a 98.

The Owls head to Rio Bravo CC next Monday for WSC #7 before postseason begins that same week.
