Olivas-Lowell Wins 3C2A Championship
Citrus College's Isabelle Olivas-Lowell won the 2023 3C2A State Individual Championship Tuesday, becoming the first Owl to win the individual title.
The freshman led the field by four strokes in round one after she was the only under-par score on Monday with a three-under 69. She finished with seven birdies for the afternoon to carry some momentum into Tuesday's final round.
Olivas-Lowell followed with a 79 to card a 148 two-round score, finishing one stroke in front of runner-up Motoko Shimoji from the College of the Canyons – which won the team championship.
