In addition, the Owls scored a program record 53 goals, breaking the previous team record set in 2007, and tied the program record for wins in a season with 15 that was also set in 2007. Conversely, the Citrus College defense allowed just 11 goals all season long, also a program record.

The Owls drew the champs from the Western State Conference North Division in Ventura College for the 2012 post-season. It's the first meeting between the two schools since the 2006 season. Saturday's meeting is scheduled for a 1:00 PM start time at the Ventura College Sportsplex.
