In its second-to-last home game, No. 14-ranked Citrus College put on a show, routing Glendale College 7-0.

The Owls improve to 14-3-1 overall and 8-2-1 in the Western State Conference-South. The Vaqueros drop to 0-15-0 and 0-11-0 as they are sent elsewhere looking for their first win of the year.

Five different Owls scored in the game, with Abigail Salvador and Alaissa Morales each netting a pair of goals.

It didn't take long for Citrus to find the back of the net as Iledza Rodriguez-Zazueta capitalized in just the fourth minute of the game. Less than two minutes later, Salvador scored her first goal of the game off a Kaylee Sanchez assist.

Sanchez pushed the Owls' lead to 3-0 with a goal in the 10th minute and less than a minute later, Salvador struck again.

Morales extended the Owls' upper hand to 5-0 just five minutes before halftime off a Jade Poveda assist, before the duo had déjà vu seven minutes into the second half to up the cushion to 6-0. Poveda then capped the scoring in the 67th minute off a Morales assist.

Katie Knudsen and Maddy Moris combined for the shutout but didn't have to make a save.

Citrus has one final home game of the regular season, hosting the College of the Canyons on Friday at 3 p.m.
