Citrus College picked up its fourth win in a row with a 5-2 victory over Glendale College Tuesday evening.
The Owls improve to 9-4-4 overall and 7-1-3 in Western State Conference-South action, while the Vaqueros drop to 1-12-3 on the year, 0-9-2 in conference.
Dianna Garcia played a role in four of the five goals for the Owls, assisting three times and scoring once.
Citrus took a 3-0 lead at halftime after Samantha Casas, Emily Cherry and Garcia each found the back of the net in the first half.
Jayme Beatty made it 4-0 before Glendale managed to sneak one in with a goal in the 65th minute. Just three minutes later, Lucy Bower capitalized to help Citrus seal the 5-2 victory.
The Owls look to keep rolling as they head to the College of the Canyons on Friday for a 1:30 p.m. kickoff.
