Furuto Named Owls First All-American Since 2007

Glendora, CA -- Citrus College freshman swimmer Miranda Furuto was named a California Community College Athletic Association All-American this past weekend. Furuto is the first Owl to earn the honor since Dana Parisa was named an All-American back in 2007.

Furuto earned the honors thanks to her time in the 100 Fly. Furuto posted a time of 1:00.13 in the 100 Fly, which was the 14th fastest time in the entire State this year.
