Citrus Competes at RCC Invite

Citrus College took a break from conference action and competed at the Riverside City College Invitational against some strong competition.

Kori Cunningham took fifth in the 50-yard free, touching the wall in 26.06 seconds. Andrea Hayler and Hannah Wu were just outside the top 10, taking 12^th and 13^th with respective times of 27.26 and 27.31 seconds.

Sierra Beltran finished just outside the top 10 in the 500-yard free, clocking in at 6:05.37 for 11^th place.

The women's 200-yard free relay team of Hayler, Delaney Latham, Wu and Cunningham took sixth with a time of 1:50.41, just .15 seconds behind a top-five placement.

Citrus resumes Western State Conference action next week at Ventura College on Saturday, March 16.
