Citrus Women's Water Polo played its first WSC Conference game of the year today against visiting Santa Monica. Citrus led the outnumbered Corsairs right from the get go, scoring several goals in just the first few minutes. The Owls never looked back, running up the score quickly and holding tight on defense.

Head Coach Jen Spalding was able to use the mismatch opportunity to get her whole roster in the pool, a useful tool as the season progresses and depth becomes even more crucial. 

The Owls are in the pool next on Friday as they travel to the Riverside Invitational tournament.
